Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Extraordinary General Meeting: Wed 16 May 2018, 19:00, Anglia Ruskin University
Members are hereby given notice that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Wednesday 16 May to ratify a new Constitution for the Society.
This implements the appointment of the elected Council as the Society trustees, as approved at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 22 November 2017.
Please see the meeting agenda for a draft of the proposed Constitution (including change markup) and a briefing note describing the material changes.
We would strongly encourage all Members to attend so that we can achieve quorum.
