The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is a government-funded centre of excellence and was established in 2010 as an independent Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) with the objective of bridging the gap between academia and industry. This talk will present the latest developments in advanced manufacturing technology including additive manufacturing (commonly known as 3D printing), metals and plastics, advanced machining methods and the applications of the latest materials and manufacturing technologies.

This lecture will be followed by the 2017 CSES Annual General Meeting.
