The Challenges of Providing Modern Marine Aids to Navigation

Trinity House is responsible for maintaining and operating lighthouses and other major marine navigation aids around the coast. A short presentation will be given on the challenges of providing a modern marine-aids-to-navigation service. This will be followed by guided tours (in groups of 10) of the monitoring centre and laboratory where research is being carried out to improve visual signalling.
